"The hardest part of living
here is finding names for all the wildlife" (Tim Freitas).

There are many things to enjoy during your visit;  hunting, fishing (catch and release only), swimming, 4 wheeling, hiking, feeding the turtles, frogs and so much more.
People love bird watching and enjoying the wildlife.
In spring there are so many beautiful flowers blooming it keeps the bees busy!
By the end of summer you can smell the natural sage brush.  There are also several  enormous California Oak Trees shading the California state bird...(QUAIL) as they eat. Visitors have nothing more to do than gaze at the natural wonder and relax.
